Happy Monday Loves! I hope your week is off to a good start. Since it’s about to be the end of March, I thought it would be the perfect time to share some graduation dress ideas for all my fellow soon-to-be grads! I searched forever to find some great options for you girls. Hopefully, there’s something for everyone’s taste in this post, but if not, there are so many options on the websites where I found most of these dresses.
Personally, I think light colors like white or pastels look best under graduation gowns. Especially if you are unsure of what color your gown is going to be or if you’re stuck with an ugly colored gown.
Let’s be honest — you can’t go wrong with a white dress.
I think opting for a dress that is more fitted or at least has some structure to it is perfect for under graduation gowns. A more structured dress will prevent your gown from swallowing you.
For my graduation from RIT in May, I am going for this white dress from Amazon. It has a structured top and flowy bottom. The dress is covered in bold lace, and the bottom has tiered lace added, but doesn’t add bulkiness.
